Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Once we receive payment for your order we will put your items in the line up to be made. Due to the handmade nature of your items it can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks to make your order. We use USPS Priority or First class mail to ship your items once they are completed. If you are needing a faster turn around time please contact us at erickalchapman@gmail.com

Q: Will I receive a tracking number?
A: Yes, all items are shipped via USPS, and you will receive a tracking number/shipping notification via email when your order is sent out.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: No, we currently do not ship internationally.

Q: What size are Socklings?
A: Our Socklings are one size fits most and run about 15 inches from toe to cuff. With that said they will fit anywhere from newborn, to toddler, to child, teenager and even adult (as a crew sock). Depending on your child's size they may start off a little long but they will grow with your child. The hint of nylon and lycra allows for our socks to be extremely stretchy and snap right back to their original shape after washing. So have no fear they will fit, trust us!
